The butterfly effect

Each action taken can have consequences out of proportions…..

This might be hard to conceive, and we might not want to think about it…but try to take a few minutes to look more closely at this concept.

Each action we take has a consequence in all of us, even the smaller action:
Isn’t it fabulous and frightening at the same time?

Think about the” butterfly effect” in “the chaos theory” illustrated by the following sentence: The flap of a butterfly’s wings can create a tornado on the other side of the world.

This gives us an idea of the interdependence of everything on this earth, not to say on the universe.

I had no other purpose in mind when I made this post than to try to picture the” I” in the big “I”.

This will not stop me acting every day, but maybe, time to time I will think more about the consequences before I take certain actions.

Wish I read this post before I opened my big mouth at work today. I was able to pull myself from the brink, but I'll know sometime next week if I saved my ass.

Excuse my language, Angel.

Hi!

I understand how one small actions can cause something huge. I hope it's okay to link to this article on my blog.

This is deep!

Like you I have always felt that the things that bind us together are a lot more subtile and prevalent than the differences that seperate us.

I know someday someone will be able to explain scientifically how all things are inter-related, maybe quantum physics already points the way (if anyone can ever make sense of it).

Right now, like all great theories, your comments are still in the realm of philosophy and spirituality.

Great blog, look to hear more from you soon....
